signs of Spring?
there were little signs of spring this weekend. thought i'd post some Springy designs to perhaps help Nature on a bit. maybe it just helps me. here's to some warmer weather please!

memories of...
to sign off for the weekend, i am doing a quick posting on a store we sometimes go to for things which remind of us of home. namely appletizer, billtong, cartrights curry powder, fizz pops, peri peri, sally's nougat, peppermint crisp, chappies, lemon twist, rusks, chilli bites, romany creams,milo, rooibos tea, five roses, kola tonic, passion fruit, zoo biscuits, jungle oats, pronutro, choc kits + tennis. it's like going back in time for me, but i like the graphics + the packaging stands out being bright, colorful + simple.
bumped into this little on the way out.

Barber shop No.2
i've had my eye on the "so out, it's back in again" wallpaper in this men's styling shop, which is on my route when i head out to our factory. Reminiscent of the contemporary wallpaper covering seen in these shots...

girls in pink
little girls seem to love pink.
i do now, but as a child i loved brown corduroy, denim + boys gear in any shape or form.
having 2 brothers made me want to dress + act just like them. this meant no dresses, skirts or anything frilly in nature. my lily seems to be just the opposite to me. + that's just fine!

arrives today from England... hooray!

this shot taken of him "March 1970" which makes him 6 years old at the time. By the way, he doesn't wear glasses!
